“All acts of love and pleasure are My rituals” (The Charge of the Goddess by Doreen Valiente redacted from writings of Aleister Crowley)
Hence all forms of consensual sexuality between adults are sacred (heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, polyamory, SM, etc.)
The boundaries of consent are very clear: people should not have sex with someone younger than themselves if they are in an unequal power relationship (e.g. teacher/student, doctor/patient, trainer/trainee, employer/employee) even if they are over the legal age of consent. Consent consists of clearly given consent without any form of coercion, whether physical or mental. No means No. A child cannot give consent to sex with an adult, because the power relationship is unequal and the child is not ready for sex either emotionally or physically (no matter how "ready" they look).
There are many LGBT Pagans
There is plenty of evidence of celebration of homosexuality in ancient paganisms (ergi, Sappho, Antinous, etc.)
The goal of alchemy and magic has always been to transcend gender and to achieve spiritual androgyny
Queer theory is also beginning to have an impact on Pagan thinking about gender and sexuality
