Very few Pagans believe that the primary dynamic of the Universe is Good versus Evil.
Some Pagans believe that the primary dynamic of the Universe is the feminine principle (Yin, darkness, expansion, fecundity) dancing with the masculine principle (Yang, light, contraction, death). Note the mutually contradictory nature of some of the things associated with the two principles.
Some other Pagans believe that there are many currents and energies in the Universe, and that they cannot be conflated into one or two "forces". These Pagans talk about multiplicity. The benefit of the theory of multiplicity is that it can encompass many different lifestyles, beliefs, and practices; it celebrates diversity, and fits in well with a polytheist worldview.
