Spiral Steps offers an on-line support group for all those who respect earthwise ethics. This is a non-cross-talk, anonymous, moderated on-line meeting. We do not give advice, but we share our experience, strength and hope. Members take what they need from the shares at the board and leave the rest. Many of our members are in recovery from drugs or alcohol, eating disorders, spending issues and/or dealing with codependency, self esteem, and boundary issues. Many are recovering from abuse of some kind or simply trying to live healthy lives in a very unhealthy culture. That said, we discuss any and all issues here, we focus on empowerment. All those who practice tolerance and respect for others are welcome.

If you wish to contact them, you can do so via this email address: info@spiralsteps.org

This looks like a useful group for anyone who is in recovery, but those for whom the 12-step program is just a bit too monotheist (steps 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 11 of the original 12-step program actually mention God, and whilst it may mean "your own conception of God" it still sounds a bit monotheist and involving a masculine image of God).  There are of course 13 spiral steps (a good Pagan number) and they are fairly nature-oriented, but they could be used by a person of any faith or none, I would have thought.  There is a side-by-side comparison of the two systems on their website as well.  The site also gives guidelines on how to start a group in your area, but you would also need to contact Dj (the founder of Spiral Steps) to discuss it, as she can give you lots of practical help and guidance.
