According to Nigel Pennick, there are symbols for each of the eight Wiccan festivals. I use them all the time, but they don't seem to have been taken up very widely. He got them from clog almanacs, which were in turn derived from primstaves, also known as rune calendars. They appear among many other festival and numeric symbols, so should not be taken as evidence that the eight modern festivals were all celebrated by a particular culture in the past.
